Guarantee
We hope that you will enjoy your new puppy for years to come. We have taken steps to ensure that your new puppy is healthy upon leaving our home. We raise a very healthy line of Bulldogs. Please understand that Bulldogs are a higher maintenance breed and can require more expense. Please read and understand our contract prior to purchasing your new puppy. We accept a deposit to hold a puppy for you. Deposits are NON- Refundable. We agree to hold chosen puppy for you and by placing a deposit you agree to purchase the puppy.
The purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) business days of the purchase/puppies arrival. Please be able to provide proof of this appointment if asked. Most vets do keep a file and they should be able to send us upon request.
If the examination indicates that at the time of sale, such animal was unfit for purchase due to illness or disease, you may return the pet at your expense to the breeder for an exchange of equivalent value.
If within one (1) year from the date of birth, a dog is found and certified by a licensed veterinarian to have hereditary disorders which adversely affect the health and longevity of the animal, and if Breeder and Breeders Veterinarian is notified within two (2) business days of the veterinarian's determination, the breeder will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value. However, the breeder will not be responsible for veterinarian fees, costs or shipping costs. In the situation of a sudden death an autopsy must be performed to determine cause. Please contact us immediately.
There is no guarantee or warranty that the purchaser will be able to show or breed the pet.
In the event of any litigation in connection with this Guarantee, Breeder will be paid reasonable attorney fees by the purchaser. Venue and jurisdiction for the litigation arising out of or related to this contract shall lie exclusively in Breeders County and State.
Replacement puppies have No Guarantee; Seller cannot and does not replace replacement pets.
Any conditions or illnesses contracted AFTER the buyer takes possession of the pet is NOT covered by this guarantee. For example: Pneumonia. Hereditary conditions are present at birth and therefore cannot be contracted.
Under no circumstances is the puppy to be euthanized without sellers knowledge and consent
Registration papers for all registered puppies will be sent by regular mail. If the papers are lost, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of obtaining new papers. However, we will assist you by providing a copy of these papers. At times it can take up to 6 months to 9 months to get registration papers.
Limitations of Guarantee:
This guarantee is non-transferable. The dog must be in good physical condition. No replacement will be given if the female has been bred. No replacement will be given if breeds that are known to be prone to hip dysplasia are overweight or over exercised. No replacement if the registration application form has expired. You must follow the Breeder recommended nutritional program, including recommended dog food listed on your puppy instruction form included in your packet. Cherry eyes, entropions, and ectropions will not be covered on the bulldogs. All dogs must not be over exercised during their growth period. Over exercising is as follows: running with the dog or jumping the dog. All the above mentioned conditions must be met or all guarantees above mentioned will be void. All laboratory verification must be done by a licensed veterinarian. The owner is responsible for transportation costs to and from the Seller. Seller is not responsible for any and all veterinarian expenses accumulated on returned or replaced dog or puppy. Seller may request the customer to get a second opinion from another veterinarian before being reviewed by our vet. Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian expenses accumulated on returned or replaced puppies. Our puppies are sold as pets, if intending to breed/show please specify so that we can do our best to be sure of the quality.
The buyer understands that the bulldog is a “high maintenance” breed.
